Well, the mild winter decided to show some teeth and with all the snow and icy waters, there is not much left to do but tie some more flies. Here is some recently tied fly fishing ammo…
I fished this morning and it was really fun. It’s hard to believe it’s January – long live the mild winter! It was too slippery to play with my camera (dropping it in the water wouldn’t be too fun for sure) so I only took a few quick snapshots with my cell phone.
I smell like fish and I like it!
Cellphonography – the hobby of photography using only your cellular phone. That’s what Urban Dictionary says. I say cell phones still take lousy photos but what the hell – with all the apps, it can even be fun sometimes!
Indeed it was a fun year and I went fishing every chance I got but of course – it was not enough. It just never is. Danube roach, sneep, chub, pike, barbel, trout, grayling, asp, carp, vimbas, largemouth bass, perch… Hell yes it was fun! I can’t wait for the next season to start! The waiting is the least fun part anyhow.
